Matthew Meehan, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, founded Higher Dimension Total Health with the goal of providing honest, effective care rooted in clinical precision, integrity, and biblical values.

He has been working in healthcare since 2003, including extensive experience as a registered nurse before becoming a board-certified family nurse practitioner. In 2018, Matthew graduated at the top of his class from Walden University with a Master of Science as a family nurse practitioner, earning multiple honor society invitations and receiving a full-tuition Nursing Excellence Scholarship.

His clinical focus includes family medicine and primary care, men's and women's hormone optimization, weight loss, responsible pain management, and regenerative medicine. He has undergone advanced training in ultrasound-guided joint injections and regenerative therapies, traveling across the country to learn from the top experts in the field. He regularly combines stem cell therapy with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) to treat osteoarthritis, sports injuries, work injuries, and auto accident injuries, offering patients minimally invasive alternatives to surgery and long-term medication use.
